If your system is already installed, the quickest way to ensure everything is working smoothly is to check the SoilSense app. If the app is receiving updated data, you’re good to go and no further action is needed!
If you’re not receiving data, follow these simple steps:
- Visit the location and check that the devices are turned on.
- If they are off, turn them on and check the app again.
- If you’re using the SoilSense system with the gateway, replace your device’s battery and try again.
